The python installation artefacts cannot be deleted on WSL

When doing fuchs deploy system wsl, and a new version of Python is built from scratch, the download and build folder are stored in /tmp. If they are already present from an earlier failed deploy (aren’t deleted), these artifacts can only be deleted with sudo which makes the deploy fail.
